1Do we have to build one of your floor plans?
No. We can build any plan of your choice. We can build custom plans, or you can choose from the many plans we have on hand or have built in the past.
2Do we have to build in a subdivision?
No, we can build on a parcel of land you already own, or intend to purchase or we can help you look for a suitable location for your home.
3How long does it take to build?
After release of a building permit, construction is typically 6 months on a slab foundation and around 7 months on a basement. Time may vary depending on location of home (whether in a subdivision or raw land), size of home, number of changes made during the process, and of course the weather.
